You start by pointing your mobile device at the corners of each room, which allows the app to orient the space. Then, Magicplan measures the length of the walls and the location of the doors, identifies the shape of every room and proceeds to draw its floorplan. To create the complete plan of your house, you simply slide the individual images in the right place, and the application does the rest.

MagicPlan also provides a geo-tagging option as well as the ability to integrate photos of rooms and furniture, in effort to create a realistic representation of your space.
